For Windows XP:
1. Go to Start, Run and type: regedit
2. In regedit, click File, Connect Network Registry
3. Enter the name or IP address
4. Browse to: HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server
5. Edit the key: fDenyTSConnections and set it to 0.
6. If TSEnabled is set to 0, then set that to 1.
